    Year 1 parents were invited into the classroom to view all the wonderful London landmark models made by the children - thank you to everyone for their support with this project.

    We were joined by parents of Year 1 and Year 2 for a Learn Its Workshop on Thursday afternoon where they made times tables games with the children.

    On Wednesday our Year 5 children left for their 3-day residential visit to Kingswood Outdoor Centre in Wolverhampton. The children have had a fabulous time taking part in outdoor and adventurous activities - we are looking forward to hearing all about their exciting experience when they return today. Special thanks go to Mrs Enstone, Miss Boers and Mrs Sale who have accompanied the children on their trip.

    We hope everyone has a lovely half-term break and we look forward to seeing you on Monday 25th February.

    Many thanks to the volunteers who very kindly offered to help Mr Parry wheelbarrow bark into the Nursery area on Monday - it looks great, thank you so much!

     

    On Tuesday, Safer Internet Day was celebrated globally with the theme of 'Together for a Better Internet'.
    Children in classes Reception to Year Five all carried out activities to support their understanding of staying safe online.
    A flyer was emailed to all families with suggested questions to help parents/carers start a conversation with their child about Online Safety.
     

    Reception class visited Evesham library on Wednesday afternoon. They had a tour of the library and got chance to choose books. Reception children behaved brilliantly.

     

    Reception and Nursery enjoyed a together day learning about Chinese new year. They tasted Chinese food, made dragon shakers, lanterns and had chance to explore the nursery and reception environment. A fabulous morning was had by all!

     

    On Thursday Year Two went to the Black Country Museum as we have been learning about the Victorians. The children went inside Victorian homes and found out how life has changed. We also did a school workshop and wrote on slate with chalk.

     

    Year Three enjoyed a fantastic trip to Bishops Wood today. We took part in lots of fun activities including cave painting, roundhouse making and hunting.

     

    We are looking forward to seeing children at the discos tonight! Many thanks to the PTFA for organising this event.
