Following another successful year of fundraising for Vale Wildlife, Mrs Sale and the three Charity Ministers (Lucy, Ewan and Henry) visited the animal hospital to see first-hand the fantastic work they do, and how they spend our generous donations!

In total we are delighted to announce that we have raised £1034.35!

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all children, parents and staff for all of their support and contributions towards this astonishing amount.

Congratulations to all our children who received an award on Monday.

Please engrave the trophy, if you choose, and return to school in the Autumn Term

On Monday 9th July, the Nursery held their graduation ceremony for all their older children starting school in September. It was a very emotional occasion, not just for the parents and families, but for the staff as well. We are very proud of them all and they sang a very special song beautifully.

Thank you so much for everyone who attended as we know it makes such a difference to them

On Tuesday we held our first ever evening music concert. There were amazing performances including singing and playing.  The event was very professionally presented by our Art and our Charity Ministers and they were leaders in all the organisation, tickets and refreshments.

Thank you to Mrs Sale for supporting our ministers in doing such a great job.

Thank you to all of you for your support.

We raised over £328 for this year’s charity, The Vale Wildlife.

On Wednesday 4th July, Year One went to Kenilworth Castle. The children had a tour of the castle and explored all the different parts. The day reinforced all the great learning Year One have been doing in the classroom.

Reception children hosted their very own art gallery last week. Their fabulous artwork showed that they were inspired by many different artists, including Goldsworthy, Kandinsky and Gaudi. As well as producing the art, Reception class also organised the whole event brilliantly. They wrote invitations, created signs and became art specialists. Other classes visited our gallery and the feedback was very positive.

Thank you to everyone who came and supported during Sports Day. The children were absolutely brilliant and showed fantastic team spirit. A special "well done" to the Year Three Class who planned, organised and ran the activities for the whole school.

Thank you to Miss Beaver for leading this event.

Thank you to those who attended our superbly successful Summer Fayre. A huge thank you to everyone who was involved in the planning, preparation and tidying up. The event was led by the PTFA members and, not only was it a fabulous community event, it raised over £2000 for the school.

We are very grateful to everyone involved.
