Enterprise

Independence, responsibility and entrepreneurial skills are key elements of enterprise. The projects are designed to enrich the curriculum further and give the children the opportunity to experience real life problems. It involves children working together to create either a money making enterprise project to raise funds for a specific charity or a social enterprise project. It could involve children helping in the community or sharing their performances with others.

Most recently the children have been involved with:

• Churchyard tidying each half term.
• Litter picking in the village
• Raising money for projects for our link school in Tanzania
• Creating money making opportunities as part of enterprise week for Children in Need
• Performing for a local old people's home.
• Planning and leading projects to support national charity days.
