‘Together we love, learn and grow’
On Monday Year Two went on a trip to All Things Wild. They learnt about different habitats and adaptations and even got to meet a snake, a bearded dragon and an armadillo. The children carried out a science investigation to see which bird had the best beak and spent time meeting the other animals on an observational walk. Reece Brighton said "It was the best trip ever and I even held a snake, he was very smooth."
Also on Monday, Year Three had a fantastic time at Bishops Wood. They learnt all about the Stone Age to Iron Age period and even got to build their own roundhouse using twigs and rope!
Reception class visited Evesham Library on Wednesday afternoon. They enjoyed listening to stories, exploring the children's library and having a tour of the whole library. The children asked some great questions and are looking forward to going again with parents. The staff at Evesham Library kindly gave the children a story book each and some information about how to join. A big thank you to the parent helpers who made the trip possible.
