‘Together we love, learn and grow’

Let's get cooking!

Salt dough dinosaurs.

Children learn best and retain the most information when they engage their senses. Sensory exploration is a child's way of examining, discovering, categorising, and making sense of the world.

Click on the PDF below for the recipe, and let's get sticky.

Let's keep laughing!!

Dinosaur jokes part 2.

Hide and Seek!!

Hide the dinosaurs around your home and garden. Encourage the children to use their positional language and explain where the dinosaurs are hiding.

Vocabulary words: behind, over, under, in-between, next to, in, on, in front.

Cut along the lines and then encourage the children to count the dinosaurs and fingers to match the correct number.

Dinosaur pencil control.

Trace over the lines to match the dinosaurs.

Making shadows are great fun to explore and watch them move.

Watch the dinosaurs grow bigger or smaller

and have a go at drawing around their shadows either

on paper or chalk on your paving slabs.
